WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD MY STOCK, YOU AGREE TO RESPECT AND ABIDE BY THE RULES OF MY STOCK ACCOUNT AS EXPLAINED IN MY JOURNAL. IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW THESE RULES, I WILL NOTIFY THE MODIRATOR AND HAVE YOUR WORK REMOVED IMMEDIATELY. IF YOU ARE UNSURE ABOUT ANYTHING, PLEASE FEEL FREE TO SEND ME A NOTE.

Procedures to follow:

1. Please credit me with a link to either my account or the specific stock image you've used.

2. Either send me a note or leave me a comment with the link to the work that you've created. That way I can add them to my fav's as well.

3. Please DO NOT claim my stock as your own.

4. Please DO NOT steal my stock and put it up on sites like Photobucket, Flickr, Myspace, etc.

5. I give you permission to sell prints of the artistic work you've created with my stock.

6. Please DO NOT use my stock to create the following images: Extreme violence and macabre images, racism, nudity/pornographic scenes, animal cruelty, etc. I will hunt you down, report you and have it removed immediately.

7. If you want to use my stock outside of DA, you will need my permission first.

Please also note that I am not a professional model or photographer and have created this stock account for my own enjoyment as well as yours, so do not make inflammatory remarks as it is solely your choice whether to use my stock photos or not.
